-vikieshop, are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

Problems with your order

-If your item is damaged or you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately via email.

-Customers will have 2 days after they received their order, to inspect thier package for any problems, if there are any problem with your product you may contact vikieshop immediately.

-If vikieshop, are not contacted between 1-2 days of you receiving your order, we are no longer able to resolve the problem.
